My four simple happy things linking in with Jen from little birdie.
Yellow tulips. I love them. So bright and pretty.
Writing letters for #PostCircle. I was feeling a little intimidated at first and then realised unsurprisingly that I had quite a lot to say. The gift of the gab according to my granny.
Receiving lovely gifts from Oooh Betty and Mrs Bun. Thank you both so much.
The long weekend. The boys went back to school this morning after two days off so this is a short week for us. Hooray for bank holidays and teacher training days.
What has made you happy this week? Many things, I hope.
Linking in with Lou's Nature in the Home series, a lovely series with lots of beautiful plants and flowers in even more beautiful homes.
Hi Tracey ... I think I thought it might be strange but once I started writing it felt like being a penpal again ... it is really lovely to receive pretty letters in the post ... not sure what my postman will make of it though ... Bee xx
Your tulips look lovely - I nearly picked some up in the supermarket earlier, and I'm kicking myself now, yours look so spring-y and fresh! Is it washi tape around your jar? What a good idea!
You've reminded me I've got some #postcircle writing to be doing too - that's what I'll be doing when my little one naps tomorrow then!x
Hi Helen ... mine were some supermarket ones as well ... the tape is actually a fabric tape but washi works as well ... I used the jar because my other vases were too tall for this bunch ... the jar was the perfect height and the tape pretties it up a bit ... happy writing tomorrow ... Bee xx
Thanks Suzie ... I am determined to will spring to arrive and actually stay ... thanks for your lovely comments about my home ... more pictures to come ... I promise ... Bee xx
Really interested in the postcircle, it sounds great. Lovely picture and happy things, Jo x
