little wonders of nature

A few photographs of tiny little wonders of nature.  Taken today on a short outing between the showers. I love the colours in these pictures.  Greys, greens and yellows.  Another perfect palette, a gift from nature.

We have planned a home day for tomorrow.  The weather is to be spectacularly bad according to the forecast so we will be content by the fire.  Wishing you all a good day whatever the weather.

  2. Beautiful. The weather will be bad here too, but I fear I have to go and stand in it and watch football. Maybe I will be allowed to stay in for the afternoon.

  6. How lovely - each photo looks like it's own little world of its own, like images from a far-away planet. It's wonderful to see you pause and notice these tiny treasures! Chrissie x

  15. Great photos, Bee, especially that last one. I like the muted colours. The weather has been dreadful here too, so wet and cold. I've hardly left the house except on necessary school runs! x
